I bought this computer for my husband. He's not tech savvy and doesn't need much and based on the reviews I figured it would be a decent computer for him to play his only game and check his email. The computer was easy to set up out of the box and appeared to be a decent deal. We charged it and no matter how little he used it, it worked well, we were both happy. Then, just a few weeks after buying it, he plugs it in to charge and guess. not meet. We take out the flashlight and try to figure out why it's not aligned, looks like the pen holder in the computer case was off center and moved when we tried to insert it. I've never had this problem with a computer and we didn't want to try to 'fix' it ourselves as it would void the warranty. He hardly ever used this computer, it was never dropped or abused, it even protected the screen from static electricity. I am very disappointed in this product. I requested a computer replacement and was told that this option was not available and they would refund my purchase price. When I accepted the "return" he explained that a 20-50% restocking fee might apply. I will update and let you know whether or not they will charge me a restocking fee for a defective item. This is where the rubber meets the road, and we find out who the seller is. Now I have to try to find another computer with another power supply that once blew twice
