Review on Jensen JCR560 CD Clock Radio with Dual Alarm and AM/FM Stereo by Tyra Smith

I've been working with this company for weeks and I'm fed up. After months of resetting the clock over and over as they added minutes each day, I got the name of Target's parent company and gave them a call. They let me box it up and ship it back to them (at my expense) and promised they would fix it and ship it back immediately. Well they sent it back after a while and even sent a brand new one. But that doesn't work either! How not to test your own products before they hit the market? Also, the problem was so specific and almost everyone here (and other sites) described the same malfunction. I don't understand digital clocks that don't tell the exact time. Now the company is willing to replace it with another, newer model, but either I pay to ship the broken one back (again!) or they make me sit here all day waiting for UPS to pick it up. I don't want to address this issue again for a company that makes watches that can't keep time. Except that even their newer model only allows you to wake up to the 1st track of the CD. What good is a CD alarm clock if you only have one song to choose from? I am fed up with this company and will make sure never to buy their electronic products again.
