Only some parts included

Cannot be used. USB-C charging cable not included. It's in the parts list but not in the box. Also, the instructions are really incomplete, so I can't tell if there's an alternate way to charge. In the "manual" there isn't even a picture of the connections with an explanation. There doesn't seem to be any support/chatline etc. So... everything is back!
