The stitching has some really obscure/obvious start and finish points, resulting in only one side of the basket showing out (because I sew these parts on the wall hide ). They are well put together, although very thick/strong, but not very strong. They are slightly pliable and will not stay open until completely filled. The smaller basket that comes with it doesn't hold its shape at all, but it's still nicely sewn and looks very cute. It's not perfect, but it's a great basket for a nursery or baby room! We decided to use it to store children's toys and it's great for that! Nevertheless, I recommend, despite some shortcomings.
