The pump comes with instructions, two transparent hoses for liquids, a black hose for pumping air, and various nozzles for inflating balls, balloons, etc. The length of the transparent hoses is sufficient for my needs the black air hose is a bit short. I don't really care, because this pump is mainly used as a gas lifter for my purposes. After purchasing a generator that is too big to turn on its side and drain the water, I decided to purchase a siphon pump as you don't want the fuel sitting in the generator for long periods of time, especially when the generator is only used in emergencies. The quality of the pump is ok, but not outstanding as it is made of plastic, but that is to be expected at a price of less than 10 euros. My main concern is how long it will last with gas leaking through the plastic parts. I suggest that if you're pumping through anything other than water, you clean it with water afterwards. Despite being a basic pump, the pump seems to pump and pump quite well. As others have said there are kinks in the tube mainly due to the way it is packaged but I hand straightened them out and it worked fine. If you have trouble with severe kinks in the hose, I suggest placing the hose in warm water to soften it enough to straighten. Place in the tank or whatever you're pumping out. It's a bit painful to hold while sucking. No idea why the clamps weren't included. I haven't had any leaks as the pump locks the hose in place and presses on the ring lock on each end to pull the hoses out. As long as you push the hose in deep enough, it should snap into place and not leak out. If it's leaking, make sure it's inserted deep enough. If it's still leaking then you have a bad pump. As this is not a heavy duty pump, I also advise not jerking the pump handle too hard as it will most likely break over time. If you need a pump for everyday use I would suggest a better quality pump made from stronger materials than this as this plastic pump is not made for heavy use and I don't see it holding up in that regard but if you want Me and you just need a pump once in a while for your lawn equipment like a mower or generator or anything that needs to be stored at the end of the season then it will work. 3 stars
