Review on Mindblown Marble Run Pieces by Discovery by Dan West

Please heed this warning

My family of three owns hundreds and hundreds of toys, many of which need to be collected. I'm an engineer too. It's not uncommon for me to spend an entire workweek chasing down an obscure software bug, and it doesn't usually try my patience. I have lots of them. Trust me when I tell you that this toy is your worst nightmare. You might think the assembly will look like Lego - it's not. There are 26 pages of increasingly obscure instructions, and each step adds 10-40 hard-to-identify parts, using a 3D blueprint as instructions. Once you start, there's no way out. Your child will NOT be able to help you - they will most likely be bored watching for 5 minutes. Your spouse will see what you are doing and suddenly decide to wash the dishes or do something less awkward. I threw my hands on page 15 of 26. I have no idea if what I've done so far is right and I can't take it anymore. I'm thinking about bribing my kid at McDonald's so I can give up and kick him out. Please heed this warning and stay away from this toy disaster.
