I followed the directions exactly and used 1/2 the contents to rinse my mouth from 4:08pm. Spit out at 16:11. In the afternoon, the remaining half of the content was used, starting at 16:12. Spit out at 4:15 p.m. Started oral swab test for cotinine at 4:18pm at my insurance company. At 4:30 p.m. he registered positive for cotinine.
