Review on Angel Crafts Acid-Free Double Sided Tape: Tear-able Dual Adhesive Tape for Scrapbook and Card Making - 1 Roll, 0.25 Inches x 55 Yards x .09mm by Dawn Fischer

I'm always looking for the best craft ribbon and in some cases it actually worked. Some positive aspects of the tape: 1. Huge reel! 2. It doesn't become permanent immediately - the tape sticks for a long time. (This is great for people like me who don't know where to put things!) 3. Once it sticks, it really sticks. 4. Easy to tear - no scissors required! Now for the bad. 1. For about 2 days, the tape has given off a musty smell, but everything is fine now. 2. (Not sure if this is a product or packaging issue) When I received the strap it was damaged and the strap has since snapped. (see photo) I'm not sure how this will affect the product in the long run. 3. The roll seems wobbly - you probably don't see this in my photos, but the side of the tape is not smooth and sometimes difficult to unroll. Again, I think it has to do with damage. 4. I bought the 1/4" size and as it is a big roll I find it to be underpowered. So far so good but time will tell! Like I said I'm always on the lookout for the perfect tape and while it's close I'm missing something. I personally hate double sided tape that has to be peeled off. Unfortunately if I want it to be durable I have to do it. I've compared it to the scor tape - in the same project. Both stuck perfectly but the Angel Craft tape allowed me to reposition my item before it stuck firmly. Angel Craft tape is more expensive but you get a lot more. All in all I can and will recommend this product do it again!
