I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. The skin is thin. The metal hooks appear to be "base metal" and one broke within a month. The second broke after 2 months. When I ordered this it was the only one I could find at Revain. I've since found one made of thick leather and steel hooks. The buyer is wary of them.
