Many many flaws. The most outrageous thing is that it is a computer with a water dispenser attached. I bought this as a surprise for my husband and was so excited to read The Times and share espressos on a snowy cold Sunday morning. Instead I watched as some stupid (actually too smart) machine shot steam out of the pipe and brewed the nozzle in 3 second intervals until the water supply was gone. While this was happening I read a very short manual over and over, wasted time googling "Illy X7 blinking blue" and speaking to Revain support. To be clear: This machine is completely broken. A typical espresso machine has valves and knobs that you can turn to control where and how much water is dispensed. This thing has some kind of logical (non-logical) board that happens to work. If you're looking to spend a lazy Sunday morning troubleshooting an espresso machine, this is the one you should definitely buy. If you want to drink coffee and read The Times, buy something else.
