I've been lucky. Defective
Worked great the first time. Scanned straight to my phone. I used it after a few weeks and now it doesn't scan anymore. Trying to get customer service is a challenge. I've been in touch via email and it's taking a few days to get a response. Because of this, I missed my 30-day revain window. Now I have to go directly through the manufacturer. My friend bought the same one and had no problems. I was lucky to get a broken one. I really hope they fix that sometime this year
