The insights they can provide are very helpful in our business, especially when it comes to forecasting demand. They also have some good reports that are useful in understanding how your customers behave across channels. I like that they work with you to understand your business and tailor their services to help improve your KPIs. It's not always easy to get insights from other vendors but Vekia is one of those companies where we always feel like we're working closely together to solve problems. I don't think there is anything I dislike about Vekia. Their team are very knowledgeable and responsive. They've helped us with our forecasts so far, which has been really valuable in helping us plan future marketing campaigns.
