I got in touch with Natural Balance. After looking at the photos and videos they replied "This is NOT normal." We have been using this product for quite some time and have never seen anything like this until the last batch which had TWO cans of this stuff. It's disgusting. And because of COVID, they are not receiving material for investigation and identification. It's a hard, rubbery mass. The video shows I pressed down hard with a fork, and instead of warming me up, it flew onto the counter. I would stay away until Natural Balance has determined the problem and foreign material and what steps they have taken to ensure this never happens again.
