This product is a reliable tool for contractors like me who lay out or restore masonry. I recently chipped and listed over 2,000 square feet of brick on a late 1890's building. The gun only works when dispensing old-school lime mixes. Working with more modern Portland cement required special attention to mud consistency. The weapon is excellent for long barrels or horizontal seam passes, ground work or long pickaxes. Due to the length of the drill and mortar gun attachment, it will not work in the following conditions: confined spaces, scaffolding crossings, kneeling, slopes and ladders or stair lifts. In these limited spaces, an old bag of solution is a convenient tool and more flexible. The tool will keep your hands off it all day, but I think the cost is too high for the limitations the tool has, mainly due to its length. The older guys on my team don't touch it, they say it's too heavy and bulky and the solution bag is the best solution for the money. The tool still holds with no mechanical issues. The gun stock came loose on first use. As the tool was placed on the board, the weight of the gun ripped the stock out. It is easy to attach by applying thread lock to the shaft and retightening. Since then no problems. I still use this tool, but only when it's the right tool for the right job. I think the price of 150€ is more reasonable.
