Very cheap feel. Nothing special at all! It reads both of my cars (GX460 and Grand Cherokee) so that's all that really matters. The weird thing is that the right and left buttons don't move forward or backward. You must use the back button or the OK button. Not the biggest problem, but I kept selecting the wrong button. I've been using my friend's scanner (expensive) for a while and there are a few quality differences like the cord doesn't come loose, it doesn't screw into a carport to stay connected and the buttons feel like my kids toys. If you don't care about quality and just want a scanner that can scan, monitor and reset, then this works!
