I was very happy with this bag for the first few months. I used it once a week during a train/bike trip into town. During that time I almost always left my bag in trash mode as I brought my bike straight to the office. After two months my schedule changed and I started commuting five days a week and using shoulder straps more often. After two months of regular use, the shoulder strap visually detached from the bag. Appearance should be your forte, right? The company only accepts returns within 30 days, as does Revain, so I'm out of luck. I have a feeling that for $55 this should have much better craftsmanship. I expected to use it regularly for a year or two before it starts to break down.
