Application was relatively easy, although you'll have to wait a day or so for best results - but it hardly looks noticeable on my Fitbit Sense - relatively thick, hence I am confident to protect the surface from scratches; and the material doesn't feel cheap or tear easily. My only real complaint is that, as I said, it takes a while to apply properly. You can still apply it without the wet application process, but if you don't want fingerprints, it's best to follow the instructions (which are still clear).
