Best used for a climate-controlled environment.
These are good for a short time. The problem is that their flimsy and the adhesive is not very strong. So when they fall repeatedly because of the adhesive, it weakens the connection to the power plug. Eventually, they no longer work.If you're going to have this inside in a temperature-controlled room, you shouldn't have any trouble. Unfortunately, it just doesn't fit my needs.The light is really bright and the dimmer switch is great. I wish it would have worked out for me.
