I have a friend who has a really good pocket pod and I was very impressed until he told me how much he paid. While researching I came across this one and boy was I hesitant to buy it. However, I wanted a small tripod so I bought it not expecting it would be as good as his and to my surprise it turned out to be BETTER! Even he agreed. He really liked that the toe adjuster legs are double sided instead of single sided. much easier to set up and just as durable. It's amazing how much they charge for theirs. He felt left out. I felt like a winner :)
