Great Customer Service, Very Happy With Overall Solution

The customer service team always has an answer for me or someone else in my office! They were able to help us resolve our issues quickly with no hassle at all!! It was easy transferring appointments from paper calendar into their system - but then it took them months before they could actually see what I had entered so we lost about 6 weeks during this time which caused some confusion as well because clients weren't sure if there schedule would be up when asked (and sometimes even still isn’t).

Once again great job by APM who resolved everything within days/weeks not just hours like other providers have done previously. We are now using multiple different vendors such as Outlook & Quickbooks etc., however none compare compared against one another due primarily do how much quicker you can get things set correctly after entering info via web browser vs having client physically enter data directly through computer screen.
