The ability to enter multiple agents into one location, which is not available in many other systems out there! I wish it could accommodate more fields per account than just 5 or 6 at present time - have added an additional address block of 7 entries for our office so far since going live but cannot add any new ones until we buy another license upgrade (a lot!). So frustrating considering this has been built from scratch as opposed to "offering" their paid-for version that also doesn't do what they advertise when you look up how much data input/monthly subscription cost etc. It's very poor value proposition if anything; perhaps only good option really depending fully off your own admin knowledge / skillset? We will be looking again soon after 3 months useage though still haven’t seen massive benefits yet over alternatives like Teamviewer where costs are often cheaper too &. I like that you can see what agents are scheduled, when they are scheduled, who their assigned customer is, etc. It's also very customizable. There really isn't anything bad about this product. If you have a small agency, it might not be worth your time to invest in an additional piece of software. We use Floor Sched to keep track of our schedules and ensure we are meeting our customers needs.
