I love my Aricove weighted blanket! It's so amazingly silky smooth and sweetly evenly weighted. Something not shown in the product description is the 4 loops that run along both long edges of the blanket. So I tried to fix it, took a picture of myself and circled the ties on one side. So if you're wondering if it has loops for duvets, there are 8 in total. It might be useful to add two more, one on top and one on the bottom, but I personally haven't had too many problems. with padding in the duvet cover. The included holdall is large enough to hold both a duvet and a thin duvet cover when you roll the duvet into the duvet cover. Very convenient to have. One of the unique qualities of this blanket is the binding. Yes, you can kind of see it in the pictures, the diagonal formation of squares, but to understand, the edges are formed from triangles. One or the other may deny that, but I found it very elegant, especially how small, narrow pockets alternate with large pockets up to the hem. This thing looks like it's going to be quilted, so you know how much work went into these little ones. Well, in terms of sleep, it has really helped me a lot. I didn't really think about weighted blankets, I didn't need the extra weight, I always slept well in the summer until all this COVID-19 shit broke out. Four blankets weighing 12 to 16 pounds. Of course, when summer comes, you lose all the weight to reduce the heat. But that summer, as I shed that juicy weight, I was struck with a night terror that night. I had nightmares for the next two nights. The vices of the night were gone, but I really didn't sleep well. I don't know what might have changed to cause concern. All I can think about is the fear of COVID-19 hitting my subconscious. Back then I would have longed to snuggle back up in my winter fortress, but it was too hot there. So I had to find another way to get that weight back and that's how my search for a weighted blanket that really caught my eye began. Others just looked cheap to me, with plain, plain squares that don't look like they'll hold up well to heavy use. I was a bit disappointed with the price but kept coming back to it simply for the perceived quality. I knew my mom was curious to try one too, so I went ahead and bit the bullet and bought two. I immediately started sleeping better, although initially it felt strange to me to feel weight without volume. But at the same time it was so wonderfully calming. And the best part is, it's way cooler than three blankets! It took my mom a few nights to get used to it, but once she did, it was the best sleep I've had in a long time and she loved it too. I bought a third one for one of my roommates for her birthday and while she wasn't necessarily trouble sleeping, it really helped her stop snoring. So yes, we love our Aricove duvets. They are beautiful! So luxuriously soft you'll get the weight without the heat. They really are amazing and I can't help but wonder how I ever got through the summer without them. For this reason I've marked heat with a one because it won't keep you warm. Not in my opinion. But that's what I bought it for.
