As a Montessori homeschooler I look frequently for good educational toys for my kids, and I have passed over a lot of letter and number magnets. I got these because a few of the set that we had on the 'fridge (tiny ones from the dollar store) went missing and my daughter was really into making a number line with them. These are excellent, and I wish they'd been available a long time ago when we were shopping for my oldest. The magnetic board is a great bonus, and so is the organizer box. The kids played a long time with these, making equations with them! I like the size, thickness, everything about these. They are magnetic all over, so there is no tiny magnet to come loose and be a hazard.
