Pro: An all-rounder with Bluetooth and a camera is a great idea. I wish many other companies would try to do this. The package comes with everything you need for installation, but you'll most likely need a YouTube tutorial or some personal creativity to install it on your helmet. You can't carry around extra batteries to replace like you can with a GoPro or Garmin (which have relatively long battery life). The instructions provided were sufficient to do the bare minimum and anyone attempting to use such a device should already have some knowledge of how such devices work. The biggest disappointment was that you have to install software on both your computer and your phone to even set this thing up. Updating the firmware exhausts you like hell, but it makes updating the firmware a colossal pain. It took me 4 hours and loads of forum surfing to find a workaround that finally allowed me to connect it to my phone via WiFi, which is a REQUIREMENT if you want to change ANY of your video/audio settings. Why don't you just do it with the computer connection you've been trying to establish for the past 4 hours? Stop asking sensible questions and download the app! But not one app, but TWO apps to make it work! I finally gave up when the wifi refused to connect as neither my phone nor my computer nor my tablet or laptop could even see it. I set it to return. The apps are an absolute joke. You keep falling. In fact, I got so used to the fact that failure was just part of the process that after a while I just accepted it, and oddly enough, it stopped bothering me. But the apps are downgraded to 1-2 stars in the App Store for (pretty) good reason. Sena has outsourced the programming to the cheapest provider, and it shows. Technical support was far from helpful, which is the industry norm these days. Don't rely on them. The forums are going to be your best solution to any problem, and if the forums can't help you, tech support (who, let's be honest, probably use the forums themselves) won't fucking help. Finally, the price: This device is WAY overpriced for what you get. It should be a crime to charge such a high fee. I have a Sena SMH-5 that has served me very well for years and was worth the $100 I paid for it, and it's going to be a disaster for Sena if they don't stop saving on software and battery technology.
