This is my second Sent 10C. It seems a bit heavier than my old one, but the ability to adjust the headset to the camera is very good! I like that it turns off automatically when not in use so it doesn't drain the intercom battery. The sound quality isn't as good (a little rougher) than the regular Sena 20, but you get used to it. Overall glad to have this new camera system.

As a 10c user for 4-5 years, my camera function failed. So I decided to upgrade. Arrived 1/2 hour ago. Nobody mentioned the location of the POWER PORT, so I did. I look forward to 4K videos and photos. The Blu-Tooth feature is great, I look forward to the WI-FI capability. I love the features and am looking forward to this improved version. I don't mind the look from the side of the helmet. FUTURE UPDATES.!

Excellent daytime camera. Best at night average. The microphone picks up your voice and anyone connected to your device well. The speaker is terrible. And save $40 on upgraded HD speakers. I really couldn't believe how insignificant they were. The speakers in my early version of the Sena were great. I couldn't turn them on all the way or my ears were ringing after 2-3 hours of driving. As for battery life. 1.5 hours if not charged from the bike while riding.

Update: The app has stopped working. That eliminates many of the functions I bought it for. I've had two generations of this camera before and when I needed a second I decided to just upgrade to this one and while 4K is a nice touch it really isn't any better than the previous generation. Still use Micro C to charge. I have purchased 3 Sena items from Revain. All three were malfunctioning and had to be replaced. The first purchase was for the Sena PT10-10 Multi Prism Tube WiFi Action Camera. Even after all the updates no connection via BT. Returned by Revain and replaced with Sena 10C EVO and Sena SC-4B-01 Rc4 Remote. The remote control couldn't be turned on out of the box. Pro: An all-rounder with Bluetooth and a camera is a great idea. I wish many other companies would try to do this. The package comes with everything you need for installation, but you'll most likely need a YouTube tutorial or some personal creativity to install it on your helmet. You can't carry around extra batteries to replace like you can with a GoPro or Garmin (which have relatively long battery life).
