Review on Sena 10C EVO Bluetooth Motorcycle Camera & Communication System - Black, One Size by Isaiah Edgar

I have purchased 3 Sena items from Revain. All three were malfunctioning and had to be replaced. The first purchase was for the Sena PT10-10 Multi Prism Tube WiFi Action Camera. Even after all the updates no connection via BT. Returned by Revain and replaced with Sena 10C EVO and Sena SC-4B-01 Rc4 Remote. The remote control couldn't be turned on out of the box. Returned to Revain for an exchange. 10C EVO stops recording after 5 minutes. I worked with Sena tech support for ten days because they emailed once a day. Firmware updated, used three different SDUX cards (formatted with 10C) and still didn't record more than 5 minutes. When plugged into a power source on the table, it recorded normally. Sena recommended that I contact Revain for an exchange, but after 30 days, Revain will not accept returns on this item. Sena Tech Support said they would send me a replacement after receiving notification that mine had been returned; However, they did not provide a shipping address, RMA, or return label (since their device is defective, I do not have to pay for the return shipping costs). I have sent them an inquiry every day for the past three days and have not received anything from the Seine.
