Both grips only took about 3 minutes to install and are much better because they don't rotate when I'm trying to steer my car. I'm sure they would be great on a bike but I didn't use them for that. The color is great and it looks very neat. I've only used them twice so far, but the blows I inflict on them are pretty strong. There is no hex included in the kit to tighten them and it took me a hammer to get the end of the bar all the way in but that's what makes it so high quality. I would highly recommend and am glad I spent more on locking grips.
