My item was defective.
The product came in traditional packaging but it was cheaper than I usually pay in store. The shade is good and the makeup itself is fine, but the tube/container doesn't scratch the applicator when you pull it out, so the entire applicator is covered in a quarter inch layer of makeup. This makes it very difficult to use the applicator and gently insert it back into the tube. I wonder if that's why it was so cheap; Maybe it was a closure?
