This bottle is always with me. I know it's important to drink more water and use this bottle to infuse my lemon. I also put parsley in it. If you like ice tea, you can pour cold water into it and then put the tea bag in the teapot. You'll have iced tea in no time. I love this bottle and recommend it, but please see my photo. The only ingredients I put in the tea strainer were lemon, parsley and cucumber. The infuser insert has evolved into a chic finish. It's not clear anymore. It looks a little suspicious so I'll drop it. I've cleaned and cleaned it, so I think the plastic might be compromised. I'm not sure a lemon can do that. The bottle itself was unaffected, so I'm a little confused as to what happened. I don't have a dishwasher, that's not the reason. I wash my hands with a bottle brush. Just wanted to let everyone know.
