Roller smells funny (after Bad Funk) - the bristles attached to the device are used up / flattened - And - the hose nozzle is stuck, bent to the left! I've attached photos and videos if you'd like to see. I have to push it sideways to make the cleaner go straight ahead instead of left. The suction power is okay. it just sounds deeper than it should. light works. I hate receiving items like this; especially in $$!
