Terrible quality. - Accents for home decor
Terrible quality. Would never buy again. The only reason I kept them was because I had my back to the wall for decorations and the stores don't have them. There were marks on many balloons, as if thick lines had formed on some due to the large amount of paint. Most of them had hanging cords twisted and clamped under a cap at the top of the ball. The other strings had none at all. Obviously there is no quality control for this product. There's nothing special about them at all.
