I was so excited that this was an affordable way to create a second online work environment for my two children (now homeschooled). Now I'm just as disappointed as excited. After receiving the case, I opened everything up, read the instructions, and charged the keyboard before using it. After charging, I turned it on and plugged it in - everything worked perfectly! After checking it, I turned it off and put it aside. This morning I let my son use it for his homework and he died instantly. No connection, NOTHING. I turned it off and on again. Immediately died again. Good. I plugged it in and let it charge again for 2 hours until the red charge light went off. Plugged it back in and turned it on. And don't you know - SHE DIED. Working full time (now working from home) and homeschooling two kids, I don't have time for that. I'll be back and will spend a little more for something of better quality.
