I bought this sewing machine because I wanted to start sewing but didn't want to buy a big and expensive machine. Once I learned how to use it, I started fixing whatever I could find in my closet. It takes a second to get comfortable holding the thread/knot in place, but otherwise the machine is fairly simple. I mainly used this machine to store clothes that I might throw away. If you are a beginner and beginner in sewing like me, I would definitely recommend buying it! It can also be a wonderful unique gift!
