Review on PetAdmin by Tim Hull

There's nothing I don't like about this program! We have been using it at my grooming/spay&neuter facility since we began in 1998-99. It has made our life so much easier as far as keeping track of appointments (for clients AND ourselves) goes with each pet that comes into us via adoption or otherwise; maintaining client files which include their medical records if they are adopted out to another home after coming through ours - no having papers strewn all over from other practices & services used by previous groomers; communicating easily among staff members regarding new developments within the industry such as upcoming shows and events, etc., along with training new employees who come up thru agencies where we work. A few things could be better though when updating an existing file vs adding one entirely new entry but minor details. Keeping good record with pets information including vaccinations given, date received/date vaccinated, ID photo taken, any preps done, whether spayed or neutered, ect.. This helps me make sure every single animal receives exactly what she needs before heading off to her final destination. I like that this program has so many features to help me with my business. It's easy to use and has all of the necessary tools to run an efficient and profitable business. The customer service is also great! There are some things that could be improved, but overall it's a good product. We love using PetAdmin. It helps us keep track of our customers' pets, their medical records, and their billing.
