It doesn't complain when I cut it with a knife
I wanted a square one that cold hold a store bought frozen pizza while cutting. A rectangular one wide enough gets huge. Price was right. No quality issues with the boards separating yet. Oil it like you are supposed to oil any board or wooden kitchen spoon.
