Review on Set Of 2 Folding TV Tray Tables Ideal For Eating, Coffee, 19X15X26 Inches By EHemco by Laura Alexander

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good, basic small folding tables

I got two of these for the winter holiday season of 2012 as spare bar and snack tables for our parties, etc. They are nice. They look pleasant enough for plastic (black, slightly rough surface) and metal (gray painted aluminum, I think), they stand well and are stable when opened up, and being resin/plastic they are not easy to damage with spills and spots. I use one right now for an Aero-Garden in a corner of a room so that I don't worry about water damage on any other table and the other was easily folded and stored. They also have enough well-positioned leg-room so that they would actually be usable as a TV tray or as a small work table around the house. Probably would be nice for kids for eating or crafting, etc. And, you can put them side-by-side and expand the surface for your use. (I used plastic zip/cable ties to anchor them together around their legs and it worked very well.) We would get these, again, if the need arose for more small tables.Added to my comments on Jan 23, 2013--I was taking a look at the tables again after seeing that someone found the review helpful and I stand by all my positive comments but wanted to make a correction to an error I made: The tops are not black plastic or resin, though I think they may have a thin sort of plastic coating/paint on them. The tops are MDF or medium density fiberboard, so they are compressed wood. I still think they are durable and easy to keep in decent shape and I would still by this product again. Actually, the fiberboard might be better than plastic tops because it is more solid, not as irregular in being level and smooth, etc., and may not distort or sag as easily over time. And, being MDF it is a touch heavier and I think that helps them be stable, not easily tipped over. A person who was very worried about a wood top could, if they were handy, put a quick poly coat on the top, I suppose.Just wanted to correct my mistake, still really like the tables.
