I got two of these for the winter holiday season of 2012 as spare bar and snack tables for our parties, etc. They are nice. WE are so pleased with these trays! Although heavier than expected, and also a little taller, they are very sturdy and don't have legs that dig into the carpet. Nice looking too

These trays are very nice and can easily be used while I sit on the couch and do paperwork or look at my ipad. I don't like the bottom solid metal bar that rests on the floor as much as a four-legged base. It takes a while to get used to having to lift my feet every time I sit down or change my position. This is a very sturdy table. The top is made of manufactured wood covered in a sort of thin vinyl and very nice, though one of the two I received has a scratch. Also, one of the two tables has a tendency to close up on itself., which was mentioned in other reviews. I have disguised the scratch on the one table with felt tip and then covered the top with spar varnish. It is soaking up the varnish in places so it will need a second coat. These are the perfect trays.I didn't want a set of 4 trays with a big bulky stand for storage as I really don't have the space. I bought 2 and they fit nicely in between my stove and fridge as they fold up nice and flat. Very easy to open and close and very sturdy even when sitting on carpet. I would purchase these again if I needed more and they don't break the bank.

These folding tv trays are an excellent value. They are sturdy and fold dowm easily to hide away when not in use. They are not terribly stylish, but it really doesn't matter because are tucked out of sight when not in use. One came with a scratch across the top, but it doesn't bother me because I bought them for function, not style. For the price, I'm very satisfied!

I really like these tables. We use them in our tv room. The only drawback is we have carpeting in our tv room and the trays are hard to move around on the carpeting without them folding up, so you have to pick them up whenever you want to move them, which can be a little tricky when you have food or drinks on them. Other than that issue, they are sturdy and well made.

I bought these because of the price and darker brown tops and because I could collapse and store them in the closet or against the wall close to the sofa. Like any folding table you need to make sure the folding legs are fully extended so it will support whatever is placed on the table surface. Easy to clean and I would recommend them for eating, laptop use, but not for anything really heavy.
