I bought this for the Kilimanjaro hike I did last week. The tank itself was fine, closed well and had the wide shape I needed for my backpack. However, the valve is not easy to operate. You have to turn the valve and then pull it. Thankfully it worked for me all the way to the top, but on the way down the valve in my mouth broke in half and I had no access to water for the next two days of the hike. I only used my bladder to store water to refill my Nalgene. I bought it because it was "military grade". The bladder and hose are fine but the valve needs some work.
