Cotton with a little Spandex shouldn't be that hard to find! These are really great underpants made from medium weight ribbed COTTON and very comfortable to wear. This is now my favorite home wear and my favorite sleepwear on winter evenings. I was amazed that underwear that long was really hard to come by.
