I like that they have been able to create an online system where employees can access their files without having to go back to the office. It's easy for me to keep track of what my colleagues are working on from home. The system is quite simple to use. Sometimes it takes a while to load when you first log in but this is not a problem. Overall I am happy with how easy it has made keeping track of work. There is nothing so far that I dislike about it. When we initially set up our system there was some issues with loading information. This was fixed quickly by the team at Britannic and now everything runs smoothly.
