I use it 3 days a week and it works great.
My son goes to muay thai classes 3-4 times a week and they are doing fine! He doesn't get warm on hot days either, he says. Coaches are always impressed by the shorts. There's a little drawstring at the waist to pull them together even if they're a bit bigger, but overall they're great.
