Great waist trainers but too big. I originally gave the product 4 stars instead of 5 just because it was really quite big. I ordered a medium and it looked like a large large. I've been wearing waisted sneakers for a few years and I'm usually average. I reordered the size Small. For reference, I'm 6ft 1in, 158lbs, 36-28-38. It's very easy to knit on the 3rd needle set, meaning there's no room to tighten it up if I shed a few pounds. I'm a US size 8 and I'm average in almost all tops. I don't carry my weight on my back, upper or lower abdomen (it's best to say I'm proportionate). So if you are smaller and the same height or weight, this type of medium could be for you. I'll give my little review as soon as I get it. Update: Size Small fits perfectly. I love it.
