I loathe to be the one to break it to you, but my time spent with WXJ13 was not a positive one. In spite of the fact that they assert that they provide high-quality products, I discovered that many of the things I purchased from them were of low-quality construction and failed to perform as promised. The most disappointing aspect of their offering was the assortment of culinary gadgets and appliances. When the products arrived, I discovered that they had been poorly manufactured and were of poor quality, despite the fact that they appeared to be of high quality on the website. It was the same with their house decor items, which appeared to be of much higher quality online than they did in person. However, the true deal-breaker was the quality of their customer service. When I attempted to return some of the products, I discovered that the procedure was both time-consuming and aggravating. The representatives working in customer service were not helpful and appeared more interested in making justifications than in actually assisting me. In general, my experience with WXJ13 was very underwhelming. Their products were of a low quality, their customer service was unsatisfactory, and I would never suggest that anyone work with them. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
