Maybe it's my fault and I didn't read the description well enough, but they're literally just stickers. They don't heal or anything. You might as well put a band-aid on your face, because that's it. I used a similar remedy a few years ago that did a really good job of reducing swelling and speeding up recovery time. I don't get a lot of pimples, but when I do, they're big cystic pimples. I take anti-inflammatory doses of ibuprofen, which helps a lot with inflammation, but those old band-aids did the same without swallowing a lot of gut-irritating pills. Unfortunately they are not.
