This is a simple and inexpensive way to make an end-fed antenna balun. It is not advisable to buy separate parts, drill the necessary holes for the case, etc. The kit contains everything you need. I wound several toroids, so there were no problems with this set. However, be careful not to cross/overlap individual wires and sand and tin the ends of the coils to ensure good conductivity. Before soldering wires inside the case, be sure to check their integrity. Took me about 60 minutes to assemble and it works great at 20m with one of my QRP transceivers. As another reviewer noted, no instructions are included. Use Google to find out the required turns.
