The speaker sounded and worked great for the first 5 months, I have several Marshall speakers/headphones and have never been disappointed but towards the end of the 5th month and no longer than 1-2 hours on day lung use. the bass began to sound horribly distorted. starting with the guitar chord effect when on. The louder, the more distortion. So I wrote to the seller's support and advised them to do a factory reset. doesn't work so I started the warranty process. I have submitted all required materials and am currently awaiting their response (2-3 business days). So we'll see how it goes, I'll update depending on how the warranty works. However, knowledge of the brand and lack of quality issues beforehand is disappointing. Let's see how the marshal reacts. Hoping for the best. *Update: The warranty process went smoothly. Received a replacement within a week of submitting the warranty claim. 4 stars.
