No special tools are required to connect these hooks to the buggy cable.

We live in a 5 wheel trailer and need to secure everything. I bought a large roll of elastic and a large bag of these hooks, wow they are easy to use. All I need is pliers and scissors to cut the cord. The hooks are very strong.
