Ordered with not too many expectations. It was quite interesting to try. I was most interested in photography. I have pretty straight teeth, but I have a tooth that's very recessed and I've always been very shy about it. I've just ordered a "real" veneer press from Brighter Image Labs ($1000) but it'll be a few weeks before I get it and I'm impatient so I ordered Imako to get an idea, how i would look like like a perfect smile. I ordered Bleach White Large and the color matches my teeth really well (I bleach them and use whitening toothpaste) but I wish I had the small size. I wouldn't wear them every day or in public, but they're awesome for photos. If I ordered a smaller size maybe it wouldn't look so chunky in real life. The key is to watch the tutorial video and follow the instructions. One thing I don't think was spelled correctly in the video is how hot the water should be and how long you should soak your teeth. I only had boiling hot water and let it sit for 30 seconds which wasn't hot. enough or long enough. I poured in quite a bit of boiling water and soaked the teeth for a minute and THEN made an imprint on the teeth. It only took me two tries so the key here is VERY VERY hot water and soaking them in water for at least a minute before they stick to your teeth. The only reason I didn't succeed the first time was because the water wasn't boiling. Once properly formed, they stay in place very well. I think ordering the right size here is crucial and although I measured my teeth and decided I was a large size, I really needed a small one. If I was a small size, I would have worked up the courage to wear it in public. Right now they're pretty damn cool for image purposes only. Here are their photos and they look real! Not bad for $30 and definitely exceeded my expectations.
