Great when flipping a rack of ribs.
i. 99% of what I grill is chicken fillets, thighs, burgers, etc. that require skillful stretching of my fingers. I tried them because they looked like I could use them as tongs or a spatula, but in the end they were neither. The stiffness is beyond my grasp, and the fantastic shape, made to lift a brontosaurus' ribs, doesn't bode well for flipping a piece of flounder. just not for me
