I would give 5 but this is not the first day of use. Firstly, it doesn't look that perfect after the fitting process, which annoys me a bit, but it doesn't affect performance at all, and since it's going to be in your mouth, doesn't it matter? It's not a magical item, but something to befriend. If you try to squeeze out another rep or catch yourself looking for that umf, you'll have something to press on, rather than feeling like you're about to burst a blood vessel, you've got bite guard. It really helps. Also, I'm a very restless person so it helps me focus a little better when I have something to do at the gym and instead of pulling out my phone I think about trying harder and what to do next. * TLDR is a nice addition if you're looking for something to stop teeth grinding or if your jaw hurts when you exercise. Fits well not so big in the mouth
